Admissions to Prospect Latin School is without regard to gender, race, religion, color, ethnic origin or socio-economic or family status. A pre-admissions visit is required for all new students. During this time, the Ages and Stages Questionnaire is administered to sample the student's initial level of functioning and provide a baseline from which progress can be tracked and individual educational plans can be developed. Tuition at Prospect Latin School is among the lowest of any neighboring nationally accredited preschool, at about $111 per week for five part days or about $179 per week for five regular days. Prospect Latin School follows a traditional 9-month academic school year with 174 instructional days. We also offer our Accredited Summer Camps to help students maintain a balance between academics and fun during the critical summer months.
Our Regular School Day for all preschool and pre-kindergarten students consists of 6.0 instructional hour, five days per week, 8:50 a.m. - 3:50 p.m. Various Part Day programs from either 8:50 - 11:50 a.m. or 12:50 - 3:50 p.m. are also available on a five-day, three-day, or two-day basis. Before and After School childcare is available from 7:00 - 8:50 a.m. and 3:50 - 6:00 p.m. We are closed on all major holidays and during Christmas and Spring Break. Separate childcare is available at an additional cost during Christmas and Spring Break and Teacher In-Service Days.
